If the shipment presents a damage or the number of cartons does not correspond, customer must quote on the DDT (digital or paper)<\/p><p>&#8220;RISERVA DI CONTROLLO SPECIFICA&#8221; adding a small description of the problem (i.e. the carton is damaged on the right side&#8230; there is a transparent tape on your customized adhesive tape, etc.) without this note we will not be able to refund damages or missing products.<\/p><p>Discrepancies and damages must be confirmed within 5 (five) calendar days by fax or registered mail to AVstore to the attention of the related Seller.
